Dual Boot Mac Os X And Suse

Hey guys, I would like to dual boot SUSE linux and Mac OS X but I don't want to screw anything up so I was wondering if anyone has done this before. Can you please tell me how to do it if you know. I did a google search of "dual boot os x and linux" and there was nothing for SUSE. There was some for Ubuntu and YellowDog but I don't want those.

What model is your Mac and what is currently installed on it? Number of partitions? How are they formatted?

I have a Powerbook G4 15" Titanium Model Number M5884 with one partiton for Mac OS X formatted with HFS.
