Hi everyone

I sucesfully installed smart package manager, which I used to install a few packages.
Mainly they were libraries related to multimedia in order to be able to recompile a libxine capable of
opening all of the formats that I wanted.

After installing I ran a SuSEconfig and ldconfig.

Everything works fine, except that now if I use a USB flashdrive i get an error message:
"Cannot lookup privilege from PolicyKit"

other drives connected to my computer via USB such as external DVD are recognized and mounted instead.

I reinstalled haldaemon, dbus and policykit.

After that, when trying to open the drive with konqueror i get the message that only HAL can do that.

However the HAL daemon is already running

Can anybody help me please?
