Thumbs up

I have SuSE 10.1 on my Desktop PC and I love it! Compiz and Glx is awesome, and it rocks, but I really have been thinking about going full throttle Linux all the way. I have an iBook G4 1.2Ghz 12" display that I picked up some months ago. I don't have the Mac OS X 10.4.8 re installation CD and I was wondering if anyone has come across some serious issues. <_< I was also contemplating if it is possible to get that sweet same 64bit look with the glx and compiz on a PPC, as I have yet to find a topic about this in the forum.

I think you would need to get the R300 drivers, so you can get 3D support, after that, it should be straight forward.
What GPU do you have?
