Ibook G4

Just the other day I decieded to buy an ibook g4 from ebay so I don't have the MacOS X cd to reinstall if I need to, and anyway I don't even know anything about MAc's. MY QUESTIONS? 1) Has anyone already tried to install SuSE onto this hardware before and if so how stable is it? 2) if i install SuSE would i have to use 32bit or 64bit version? and 3) How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop?

There are many people that have installed Suse on a G4. As for stability, I think it is as stable as any other platform but I don't have experience with it.

Most likely your iBook G4 is 32bit PPC so that is what you would use. I don't think Apple had 64bit laptops until lately (if they even have it at all, I think that is what the Core Duo's are.)
