Vmware Installation Issues...

hi all,
trying to install vmware 2.0 beta. at the point when program about to begin compile it checks for gcc version and i get following:

Your kernel was built with "gcc" version "4.3.1", while you are trying to use
"/usr/bin/gcc" version "4.3". This configuration is not recommended and VMware
Server may crash if you'll continue. Please try to use exactly same compiler as
one used for building your kernel. Do you want to go with compiler
"/usr/bin/gcc" version "4.3" anyway? [no]

i checked in yast what version i had and it is 4.3.1, but in /usr/bin it says gcc-4.3.
where did it go wrong? help plz..
