I am running the latest RC, and I am having a pretty annoying problem. Some of my settings are not being remembered by the system. The two culprits I see the most are the Yakuake profile and the keyboard shortcut for the run command interface.

For Yakuake, the profile I made for Yakuake appears in the "edit profiles" dialog. I have to enable it before it is available in the "change profile" menu. However, if I set it to that profile it reverts to the standard "shell" profile when I log out and log in again. Further, I have to re-enable it in the "edit profiles" dialog. This is true even if I set that profile to be the default.

For the run command interface, it does not honor my changes at all. If I change the shortcut and click "apply", it says it is changed but the shortcut does not actually change and the next time I open system settings it is back to the default.
