Hi all,

i just updated my B3 with a huge amount of packages. One good thing is that the new kernel 2.6.25 is now working great for me. There still are too many items in the menu.lst but it finally boots perfectly.

However, is it just me or did I loose the package kde4-gtk-qt? My GTK apps look like GTK apps again and in the systemsettings I cannot set the preferences back to a QT look, it cannot find the theme package, well nor can I, not with Yast or Zypper.

Does anyone know what happened?

thx,
stefan

That package is available in the buildservice.

Add this repo to your list:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/...enSUSE_Factory/

If you are going to use that repo you should also add
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/...enSUSE_Factory/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/...enSUSE_Factory/

Earlier on in the testing process you also needed
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/...enSUSE_Factory/

Not sure if that is still the case, but just to be safe there it is.

well i found the package and it installed OK, however when selecting qt4 as theme for KDE apps in the preferences my GTK apps still have a GTK theme. It does not seem to take the new settings even after a reboot.

stupid question, but it happened to me. I installed the updates from the repo's and notice firefox lost it's theme. I went into KDE-color settings and noticed that use this color scheme on non-KDE apps wasn't check. That fixed my problem.
