The problem is, that the Runlevel-Start doesn't find the config-file of privoxy.
Starting privoxy manual from the privoxy-directory is the manual fix of the problem, but again an autostart like years under openSUSE would be nice ;-)

P.S.: Any solutions, which file to manipulate, so that autostart would work again?
