Hey guys, I got my ATI card accelerated on my laptop and was messing around with simple-ccsm but didn't like it very much since it's slowing my desktop down to a crawl.

Anyways I tried turning off the effects, however when I click to disable, here is what I get for traceback:

Code:
Traceback (most recent call last):
**File "/usr/bin/simple-ccsm", line 1001, in EnableDesktopEffectsChanged
****subprocess.Popen(cmd)
**File "/usr/lib/python2.5/subprocess.py", line 594, in __init__
****errread, errwrite)
**File "/usr/lib/python2.5/subprocess.py", line 1147, in _execute_child
****raise child_exception
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
I get those errors and am unable to remove the desktop effects.

Is this a bug, known or unknown, in Beta 3? Just wanted to bring it to your attention and maybe find a possible fix
