Having got (slightly) over the M$ announcement, I actually made partitions and filesystems from within Ubuntu and then installed SUSE without re-formatting; I just set the mountpoints in YAST. The install went fine, but I have not had time to investigate the OS yet. It is a bit late, now, considering Beta2 is out today!

Seems that there is a bug in YAST.

Did install 10.1 and managed to do an update just in time for beta2 to arrive.
Now I will start over with Beta2 (once I get it downloaded)
