Hi guys, i have install in my laptop Toshiba Satellite A210-183 the opensuse 10.3(64bit) and is not recognize the wireless card . What i can do to fix???
My wireless is: Realtek8187B wireless 802.11g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter!! Thanks for your attention!!! |

according to this http://linux-wless.passys.nl/query_chipset...chipset=Realtek you may have problems. I'd try ndiswrapper,following andrew18's excellent how-to,found here http://www.andrewd18.com/ndiswrapper/

The network manager applet scans for aps, in KDE it is called knetworkmanager. Very easy to use.

wifi-radar,kwifi & knetwork manager to name but a few.or you could use the cli commands

they didn't show me in knetwork manager the wireless card
