I just installed 10.3 on my HP ze4900 laptop. The laptop, according to the output of lspci, uses a Broadcom 4306 wireless chipset. With the default installation, the case light and power switch for wireless would not work, and I was unable to connect to a network due to the lack of radio. However, with the assistance of bcm43xx-fwcutter, I was able to install the drivers that came with my card (bcmwl5.sys). Now, the wireless light does light up, but the light flickers and blinks at random moments, and goes out completely when I attempt to connect to a wireless network. How can I fix this?
