I'm running openSuSE 11.0 RC 1. When adding additional software, there was an option under Networking to install a novell client package that supposedly enabled you to mount Novell volumes as well as install network printers. I got it installed, but I can't figure out how to use it. I went through the Control Panel, YaST, and Applications and didn't see anything listed. Any ideas?

Would it be better if I installed the Novell client off the Novell website for SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 SP 1 instead?

Well, further researching and reading of documentations, it seems that the ncpfs module that came with it is using IPX for connecting to Novell servers. That's kinda old.

The new Novell client provided by Novell seems to have problems with SLED SP2, so I'm not even sure how that's going to work with OpenSUSE 11. Maybe I'll try it and report back. Hmmmm.....
