All other folders belongs to group Root but this particular one for some reson belongs to DEAMON. Maybe that is the problem. There is no login for DEAMON

Root as owner on a file server will not necessarily equate to root on your client for permissions. They're two different systems, which means two different root accounts. My guess is that your user login(s) are part of the DAEMON user group on the file server, but root is probably excluded for security reasons.
DAEMON as a group indicates the folders are probably shares controlled by a particular service, with particular permissions for certain users. Are you in control of the file server? What type of server is it, and how is it config'd?
Cheers,
