I have a Suse 9 ent 64 bit web server running Plesk, although I don't think plesk is the problem. The server sat behind multiple firewalls including a novell ichains server which we want to get rid of. The main internal IPs are on the 172.20.64.*/255.255.255.0 network. We moved the internal IPs to the DMZ with a 172.18.44.*/255.255.255.0 set of addresses and changed our routers to go to that set of IPs. The gateway for the network is on the 172.20.64.??/255.255.255.0 network. Now that the server is on the 172.18.44 network it can't see the gateway. It says it has no route to destination. And only peeps on the 44 network can see the server. How do I get the server to see the gateway?

Thanx

Add an explicit route to the gateway. In the past since the router was on the same subnet, it was covered by the subnet route. Now you need an explicit route. Should be under Routing somewhere in YaST.
