Well, that sure sounds like susie with a southern accent. Oh wait!! Maybe they are Bavarians!

In a completely meaningless association, pronouncing it Zeus sounds like the German word for sweet.

I have been pronouncing it as soo-se (the scond syllable as in Pele). However, what matters is what is common to all of us, i.e. we like it.
