I wonder if you anyone can advise me? I was wondering what qualifies you for purchasing the update version of Suse Linux 9.2 Professional (UK £42.95), as compared to the full price of UK £64.95.

I have a copy of Suse Linux 8.1 and 9.1 Personal - do I qualify, or do I need the full product?

I'd be grateful for any advice anyone can offer - I don't want to buy something only to find it won't install!

Yes you will qualify.

The DVD/CDs are the same regardless - the only difference with the upgrade version is that the general manual is not included. You still get the admin manual.

So in your case just but the upgrade version.
