how do you start a run command to setup a program and configure it like after you install a graphic driver

It all depends on the program, what program is it? Has it been installed already or do you need to install it still? If it is already installed hit ALT + F2 and type the programs name and it should start.

what is the the konsole for in linux is that where i execute a program like microsoft office wheres the wine program how do use it to open a windows setup.exe

You might get a little farther a lot faster if you put a little more effort into it. It seems like you're just waiting for someone to hold your hand. There is a lot of information out there and if you want to succeed you're going to need to start learning to find it and use it.

flip, you asked an initial question and were prompted for information which you chose not to provide. Then you did the same thing again in the following post. Later you a made another post which was overly vague and could've easily been googled for a vast array of resources.

This is a forum which is obviously intended to help others, but you must at least make the effort to do some legwork yourself instead of expecting wide ranging tutorials to be posted on your behalf, and you also need to make a more diligent attempt assist those who are attempting to assist you.

It would be difficult for anyone reading this thread to have a functional understanding of your specific concerns. Providing details and being topic responsive when asked is a key part of the support process.
