To see who is logged in and where from, enter
Code:
w -f
from a shell prompt.

I highly doubt you have a virus since there are no known linux virii out in the wild at this time. Are you using ssh and or vnc and never logged someone out?

I've seen this too in kde. When I've checked what processes are running, some are mine, others are root. That should explain the 2 users.

The ':0' is the the original text console where you initially logged in to start your X session. The 'pts/0' is a pseudo terminal that is open when you start an x-terminal like a shell using the program 'konsole'. My guess is that you started konsole and and typed in 'w -f'. It is that shell in the konsole that shows up as 'pts/0', so you have nothing to worry about

If you start another shell for example, you will see three consoles logged in with your username. Also you can cross check with the login time shown in the 'w -f' command it is roughly about the time you started a shell. You should be concerned only if the number of open consoles is more than the number of currently open shells plus one (for the :0 terminal).
