'games' Is Standard User?

I found a user named 'games' beside my own account. Is this standard practice in suse? Why is it there?

Hi, sorry for the bad explanation.

When I go to group management in yast I see myself in the group of users. But there is another user name in that group, being 'games'. Shouldn't I be the only user (except for root)?
