Hi folks, I put the CD in, green installation screen appears with the various options.
Keyboard non-responsive. Its a wireless keyboard which picks up the signal from a thing connected by USB. Funny thing is, I've been able to install Ubuntu without this keyboard problem, so I'm not sure if the keyboard is the problem. Any ideas? |

Maybe Ubuntu isn't so fussy and doesn't check the keyboard and later on in the install it starts working anyway.
Is there something in the BIOS you can set to have the keyboard right away on booting? Otherwise you may just have to use a conventional keyboard for the install. And what version OpenSUSE BTW, you don't say. It might help others. And welcome to the forums. |
