Hello
been awhile but suse been working fine I do have problem though...... I put in vista and went here printed out what Harryc said to do to put grub back in. Now I get grub to load BUT I get windows 1 and windows 2 ?????? no suse :blink: :blink: I only have one windows windows1 is vista have'nt tried windows2 yet anybody else run into this

well did kernel update and installed all new patches was behind on those. thought this would be a good time to do it...... Well guess what won't boot at all now..... that d*** nvidia again... knew soon as I did'nt see the nvidia screen come up I was in trouble.... whats that sax 2 thing going to do search now and try that.............. :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

Ok, once you figure that out post your menu.lst again because as soon as you did a kernel update it changed that as well. It is always a bad idea to introduce change into a problem when you are trying to troubleshoot it. This rule pertains to many things well beyond Linux.
