Hi,
I have already posted similar stuff, but got no answer.
This is my problem:
I have ATI HD2400, and I have installed my drivers properly (1click install). In sax2 the resolution is 1280x800, as it should be. Still, I got one extra screen, who knows how. My taskbar is on 100% width, and I first saw on it that somehow, there is 1280x800 next to the original screen.
In other words, I have 2560x800, except that the other 1280x800 are not visible. Still, my mouse goes there, and when I did the print screen, I got this:http://www.spiral.co.yu/temp/snapsho.../snapshot1.png

I am running on one monitor.

I forgot to say. When I installed openSUSE 10.3, I didnt have this problem, since it was running on MESA. This appeared when I installed ATI drivers. In Ati configuration everything looks normal, but I still have this odd extra screen.

Your problem is a real head-scratcher. I have never hear of this problem before.

Have you tried looking in your program list for something called ATI Catalyst Control Center? There is an option under Displays that says, "Scale Image to full panel size". Have you tried that? You may have to log out or reboot for the change to take effect.
