Widescreen Lenovo

Hi all,
i installed open 10.3 on a Lenovo T61 15.4" widescreen. the maximal resolution is 1280x800 with SXGA
(btw also in windows this is the maximum).
Is there a way to increase the resolution to 1400x1050 with SXGA+ or WSXGA?

only if your laptop supports it...
