I just wanted to say to anyone interested that I purchased a gateway T-1625 and the
install of Suse 10.3 went very well.

I don't see many posts or comments about Linux on gateway laptops so this is just my
two cents.

Everything worked out of the box with the exception of wireless which went well using
ndiswrapper and the win 98 drivers and am happy to say posting now wirelessly.

Following posts on the forum install of ati graphics was smooth.

I am very pleased with this edition.

Anyone interested in an affordable laptop for Linux might consider this model.

Looking forward to Suse 11 64.

Thumbs up to the team at Novell
