I never used linux but want to give it a try. So i was looking around for various versions. I tried the live cds from (k)ubunto and those did fine. But the live cds from opensuse both kde and gnome version start loading but when i would get at some log in screen (i think) my screen turns black. The video card my asus m6va has is the ati x700. Is there a way i could get the live cds to work? since i only got a 60gb hd now i wish to first try the live cd version.
