10.2 Bluetooth Works Once But Never Again

To get my bluetooth to work the first time, I used hcitools cc XXXXXXX, I then used Kbluetoothd to transfer a file to my phone. But know I have tried to send another file, and it won't work. I have followed the same steps as the first time, but it will disconnect after 10 seconds. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Update: I can now transfer file to my computer, but not to my phone.
