does opensuse 10.3 support 1 terabyyte up?

Why wouldn't it? It all depends on the filesystem limits, and there are definitely some filesystems for Linux that have high limits. Look in Wikipedia for ext3 and xfs specs.

ok answered.....if i put a new 1 Tera HDD..how can i make it available evrytime i restrt my unit and beeing seen as a drive in my computer area..like in windows..hehehhe

Give it a mount point and add it to /etc/fstab or just use Yast -> Partitioner to automate that process.
