Hi all,

I am using 10.3 opensuse with 3GB of memory, which was working fine until the moment I added an extra GB of memory. Now I have 4 GB (appears in bios) but opensuse only recognizes 3GB. Also the applications are 50% slower. JBoss used to take around 1 minute to load now it takes 1:38. Has anyone seen this before?

Regards
Adam

you might have to change the kernel to big-smp,which can handle ~4gb ram or greater
