Has Anyone Upgraded To Sles 10 Sp2 Yet?

Two of the six SuSE servers that I administer are on SLES 10 SP1. I was interested in knowing of any experiences others may have had in upgrading to SP2? I am behind a corporate firewall and it took quite a bit of doing to get Online Updates running on these two servers. I had to download SP1 and burn a DVD to do that upgrade. Then it still took several layers of Novell SuSE tech support to get it configured to work. Today I tried doing the SP2 starter script from YaST & it got hung up in the "registering to get the next service pack" stage (VERY early in the script).
