Anyone can tell me where to find drivers for scanner/printer Lexmark x1290 for Opensuse 10.3

Welcome to the forum, linutx!

Well, http://en.opensuse.org/HCL/Printers , http://openprinting.org/printer_list.cgi , and http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Lexmark_Printers are a couple of pages to read. You already know Lexmark is not very good about providing open-source drivers.

Configure the printer in YaST, and do the same in CUPS. You might have to use a driver for a slightly older unit or one close in model number. I do that with a Canon. Good luck!

I found Z600 drivers thats works for the x1290
Printing is ok, but not scanning
