I am not at my machine, so I can't say whether it will solve the problem or not. I'll check it out later. Edit: Duh! That thread is from last November .. the symptoms are exactly alike, but the package that might have hosed the system must be different, because I don't have Boost installed. |

Has anyone found a fix for this? I am having the same problems described above and not been able to get yast working again. I looked through this thread about it http://www.suseforums.net/index.php?showto...py2lang_perl.so but I don't have boost installed. I read in a another thread the to run a repair from the DVD to correct this. What things should I be on the look out for if I do this? I don't want to end up screwing the system up any further? Will I lose anything if I do the repair such as personal data, settings or apps?
Thanks jester |
