How can I use IPSec encryption in openSUSE 10.3? Is it supported?

IPSEC has been supported in Linux for a long time. I don't use IPSEC so I don't know if there are any OpenSUSE GUIs to help you set it up. For sure you can always set it up from the command line in the last resort.
