Hello all. Just reinstalled to take the 64-bit version for a spin, and all was going pretty well. I enabled all the repositories that I could (the build ones, etc) and my online updater was telling me there were 143 updates available. I would click to install them, and it would take a few minutes to do it's business and said it completed successfully. After the icon refreshed though, it said I still had those 143 updates. I removed a lot of repositories and went back to just the basics, but it still tells me I have 24 updates to install (but doesn't actually install them), and now to boot, I can't open YaST to edit the repositories.
Is there any way I can just reset YaST back to basics? Any help appreciated. |

Okay, my problem of not being able to open up YaST was solved with a logout. And it appears to be the Packman Repository that is telling me there are additional updates, and yet doesn't install them.
When I deselect the Packman Repository, the Online Update icon tells me there are no additional updates. But naturally I would like to be able to use Packman. Any ideas? |
