Is there a command could give me if the installed distrib is SLES 10 x86-32 or x86-64 bit ?

Open "My Computer" from your desktop you will see.

open a command prompt
type the below it should identify the kernel:
uname -a

or

to determine what kernel packages are installed.
rpm -qi kernel
