Assuming you're on the LAN, under YaST | Network Devices | Network Card.

HTH!

YaST->Network Devices->Network Card will show you the detected NICs in your
machine. Assuming it's there, about all you need to do is configure a few
IP addresses. The only information you need is stuff about your LAN, like
its IP address range, subnet mask, and so forth. (If you do not know that
stuff, then you are going to have to get someone who does to configure it
for you.)

Select the NIC and click "Configure" to get to "Network Settings". You will
probably arrive at the "Overview" tab.

If your LAN contains a DHCP server, then the easiest thing is to configure
it to use DHCP. Select the "Dynamic Address" radio button, and you're
pretty much done. Your NIC will get a dynamic IP address every time you
boot.

If there is no DHCP server (or if you prefer to use a static IP address),
click the "Statically assigned IP Address" radio button and enter the
address, subnet mask, and host name for the machine into the appropriate
boxes. Click "Next" to get back to "Network Settings" and select
the "Hostname/DNS" tab to fill in DNS server address(es). Then move to
the "Routing" tab to fill in the router (gateway) address. You're done!
