Default KDE Focus Stealing Prevention confi

I need some help finding where Focus Stealing prevention is configured
in the config files, this is configured in the KDE Gui:

"Turn it off globally in Alt+F3/Configure/Advanced or just specifically
for
the app in Alt+F3/Advanced/Special settings/Workarounds (force to
none)."

kdmrc or where do I set this value to off by default?

Default Re: KDE Focus Stealing Prevention confi

Hi, I am trying to prevent focus stealing in this case:

In konqueror, with openoffice open on another desktop/workspace, I right
click on a file to open with openoffice, and it jumps workspaces to where
openoffice is open.

Is there a way to prevent this? I have played around with focus stealing
properties for the application/window, but I cannot seem to get it right.

Thanks,
D
