Default Xerox DocuCentre 332ST revisited

You can print to a Xerox Docucenter 332/340 ST in SuSE 10 using the Do.
Centre 400 gimp-print driver.

To install you will need to go to Start,Utilities,Printing,Printing Manager.
Click Administrator Mode at the bottom (root password req'd)
Select Add then Add Printer/Class
Click Next and then Click Other Printer Type.
Click Next
Click in the dialog window under network and select LPD/LPR Host or Printer
which will then fill in the URI edit window with 'lpd'
Set the URI in the edit window to read lpd://printerdnsname/lp
Click Next
Select Xerox from Vendor list and choose Do.Centre 400 gimp-print as the
driver.
Click Next. If you are in the US I suggest going under Settings at this
point and Change the paper type from A4 to US Letter or US Legal.
You can then Test if you like.
Next/Next/Next/Next making your own choices as you go.
Finally give a name and location.
Next and Finish
