internet connection(2)

I now have no internet connection. When my system boots up in the
eth0:config session it times out 12 10 9 8 ,etc.... I believe my PC cannot
pick up the Ip address, I also believe I recently updated my pc(online
update),could this be the probelm?? my Network card is:Mico-Star
International RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+DHCP,
and I am usuing Suse 10.0.

Hi
Have you tried deleting the device via yast and then exit the network
config tool and then back in to re-discover it?

This is no longer supported, i.e., you will not receive patches any more. If Consider an upgrade to Opensuse 10.3.
