SLES 10 SP1 MIME header problem...

Hi,
I have a new mail server with SLES10 SP1 and installed all Patches.
Installed is: Postfix, Spamassassin, Amavisd-new and Cyrus.

i got a mail today wich is "rejected" with following text:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.6.0 Message with invalid header rejected,
id=21381-08 - MIME error: error: part did not end with expected boundary
Last-Attempt-Date: Tue, 6 Nov 2007 02:06:03 -0800 (PST)
--

I have the following configuration in main.cf of postfix but this not help:
strict_8bitmime = no
strict_8bitmime_body = no
strict_rfc821_envelopes = no

Any help would be nice.

Did this mail have an attachment? Can you please copy and paste the full
message and headers here please? I wonder is amavis is the one
complaining... Hmmm... Can you please post the postfix.log file please?

i changed in amvid.conf from $final_bad_header_destiny = D_BOUNCE to
$final_bad_header_destiny = D_PASS;
Now the mail comes thru but the error is still there:
