How to exclude an IP subnet from proxy settings

In the YAST system proxy settings, I'd like to exclude the local subnet
from going via the proxy server. It's a 255.255.252.0 masked network, and
in Firefox, I'd just enter "172.14.4.0/22", as an example, to the "No
proxy for:" list.

YAST doesn't accept this, so what is the syntax for adding an entire IP
subnet to the "No Proxy" list?
