Default DNS Setup

I undertook a project for a friend of mine to setup a Suse 10.1 based Plesk
hosting system for him. One snag I've hit is that while DNS resolution seems
to be working from the box itself, I am not able to hit the box with DNS
queries from the outside.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

Mike

Can you hit it by telling your client DNS lookup tool (e.g. host,
nslookup or dig) to use your DNS server's IP address as the server??

If that works then if this is for a internet domain, perhaps you have
to registered your DNS servers as being authoritative for that domain??

Just some things to check...
