hi,everyone.
I have a TP-link WN510G card installed on my laptop, which works well under WindowXP, but doesn't work in SUSE. I have tried ndiswrapper and madwifi, but neither works. for ndiswrapper, it just says the driver is installed, and WLAN doesnot work: Tsin:/home/stephen # ndiswrapper -l Installed drivers: 11gadapter driver installed the same with madwifi. installation is perfect without any error message, and module load is ok, but there is just no wifi0 device and no wlan0 interface. anybody help? thanks a lot. |

It is not enough that you installed 11gadapter with ndiswrapper. What else did you do? "modprobe ndiswrapper"? "ndiswrapper -m"? Configure this card in Yast? Is there a /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-wlan....... file? -- Freek |
