Issues with Wireless Laptp SLP93 to Wireless Router, now that it is secured

FYI - I just posted this same message in the
opensuse.org.suse-linux.support.install-configure-administtion, as I'm not
sure which one is best....

I have a Sony Vaio Laptop, duel booting WinXP Home and SLP93, it has a
wireless NIC, before I secured the router, the Laptop sunning SLP93
connected to the wireless router just fine, but since securing the router
with WPA, all the machines in the house can connect but not the SLP93
wirelessly. What am I doing wrong or not configuring properly? Can someone
please give me a run down on all the settings that I should have in place,
the favored tools in SLP93 to use to configure, etc... I have all the
connection info, it is DHCP, and the WPA passsphrase and such like that, I
just can't get it to connect! Please help me!! I'm on one knee here,
