Default use kinternet only for connect/disconnect internet + autoconnect ?

Hello

on WindowsXP i use ADSL-AUTOCONNECT
(http://www.adslautoconnect.net/index.php) to
connect/disconnect/auto-connect(after disconnect by probleme
line/provider/...).

On suse10.1 i would like to do the same, but kinternet cannot
auto-reconnect (after disconnect by probleme line/provider/...). it is
possible or then i'm bad setting ?

I thought use the possibility on kinternet to launch the script on connect
and on disconnect :
- on connect (manually by user with kinternet), kinternet launch a script
A(auto-reconnect) which go on crontab and test internet every minute and
try connect if internet break.
- on disconnect (manually by user with kinternet), kinternet launch a
script B which remove of the crontab the script A(auto-reconnect) and
disconnect internet (cinternet -i XXX -O).

The probleme is than kinternet react to connect/disconnect signal. If the
line internet break automatically kinternet launch script B and if you do
cinternet -i XXX -A automatically kinternet launch script A. BIG PROBLEME.
it's a bug ? it's bad setting by me ? it possible to do it ? (because I
want to only control the access internet by the user by kinternet)

thank

PS : sorry, my english is bad. i'm french.
