Default problem configuring permanent multiple IP aliases.

Hello

I’m using SUSE Sels9 and I need to configure permanent IP aliases on my
network cards.
I have followed the manual and examples that I have found on the web ,
that
Show how to configure it.
However, I was not able to make them permanent.

Can you please provide me or point me to an example or solution to my
question.

Thank you
Ofer

The YaST network module allows this. On the advanced button there should
be virtual aliases...

Additionally you could create a file in your /etc/sysconfig/network
directory called ifcfg-eth0:1 using your primary interface as an example
but replacing appropriate variables with your virtual interface settings.
