Retrieve emails from exchange server

I have a Suse 10 linux box with OTRS 2.0.4 on it, and I want it to
retrieve email from the support@xxx.co.uk email on my SBS2003 exchange
server, but for the life of me I can't get it talking.

Can someone baby-step me through this one, as I am new to linux.

I'm afraid I don't know OTRS, but AFAIK Exchange talks IMAP, so you
should be able to connect to port 143 of your Exchange server with, eg.,
fetchmail.

Perhaps you'd care to describe in a bit more detail what you are trying
to achieve, what you already tried, and in which way exactly it failed.

Or you could use fetchmail against the pop3 component of exchange
