Default delay accessing the web

I'm getting really annoyed that every time I go to a web page, there's a
perceptable delay before the page seems to load.

Ideas?

Also you can disable ipv6 support in KDE with the
Yast>System>/etc/sysconfig Editor ( just do a search fro ipv6 )
