Default Samba Server

Good Afternoon,

I have been reading a lot about SAMBA and how it can perform the same functions as a PDC. I was able to configure SAMBA on my SLES 9.3 test server and have been able to join the SAMBA Domain, but my users cannot authenticate to it. I get the following error:

Windows cannot connect to the domain, either because the domain controller is down or otherwise unavailable, or because your computer account was not found. Please try again later. If this message continues to appear, contact your systems administrator for assistance.

I see that the computer account appears on my SLES server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
