Default Help with ndiswrapper and usb wireless adapter

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me get my Netgear WG121 wireless USB adapter
up and running on SUSE 9.3Pro. Everything works under windowsXP, but I've
been trying for the last 3 days to get it to work on SUSE.

I've downloaded and installed ndiswrapper. "ndiswrapper -l" gives me a
"driver installed, hardware available" message. Using YAST2, I've also
added a wireless usb card which uses the ndiswrapper module.

However, when I run "modprobe ndiswrapper" the card isn't found.
"iwconfig" doesn't show any wlan configs. Running "dmesg" gives me several
errors:

"ndiswrapper: Windows couldn't initialize the device"
"ndiswrapper: probe of 3-2:1.0 failed with error-22"

Any ideas on how to get this to work? A ndiswrapper FAQ stated that this
could be either an IRQ conflict or a USB speed issue, but I've tried both
of their resolutions and I'm still stuck.

I'm a linux noob, so maybe I've missed a crucial step - Anyone have any ideas?
